If you would like your personal data collected through our Facebook application or website integrations to be completely removed, please send an email to our support team at info@untangomas.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

To help us process your request quickly and securely, please ensure your email includes the following details:

- Your Connection Identifier: Your Facebook profile link or the registered email address used on our platform.
Processing Time
Once we receive your email, our team will verify the details and permanently delete your data from our connected Meta applications and database systems within 7 business days. You will receive a formal confirmation email as soon as the process is successfully completed.
