2. DEFINITIONS
LAW: Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502.
REGULATION: Distance Contracts Regulation.
GOODS: Movable goods subject to shopping and intangible goods like software/digital designs.
BESPOKE: Custom-made products tailored to the BUYER’s specific measurements.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically through the SELLER’s website.

9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The BUYER confirms that they have read and understood the product features, sales price, and delivery conditions. The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the product in a complete and sound manner. If the product cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the SELLER will inform the BUYER.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the BUYER.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Pursuant to the relevant legislation, the BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for the following products:
- Bespoke / Custom-Made Products: Goods specially produced in line with the consumer’s request or personal measurements (Bespoke/Custom-made items).
- Hygiene Items: Products that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, or seal have been opened (intimate wear, dance undergarments, etc.).
- Used Products: Products that have been used or whose original packaging has been damaged or discarded.
13. COMPETENT COURT
Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or where the consumer transaction is made are authorized for disputes arising from this contract.
14. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed on the Site, it is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
