For the Perfect Untangomas Fit: Your Personal Foot Measurement Guide
At Untangomas, we aim to unite elegance and comfort with every step you take. Determining the correct size is the most crucial step to ensure your chosen design embraces your foot perfectly and delivers the comfort you expect.
With this precise measurement method that you can easily apply at home, you can flawlessly determine your ideal Untangomas size.
Preparation Phase
What you need for an accurate measurement:
-
A blank A4-sized sheet of paper.
-
A fine-tipped pen or pencil for precise drawing.
-
A ruler or tape measure.
-
A flat and hard floor (Measuring on carpet can be misleading).
Step-by-Step Measurement Process
1. Choosing the Right Socks: Wear socks of the thickness you would usually prefer when wearing your new Untangomas shoes. This ensures you capture the most realistic fit.
2. Positioning: Place the paper on the hard floor. For a more precise result, place the short edge of the paper flush against a straight wall and secure it (e.g., with tape).
3. Stance: Place your foot on the paper so that your heel is touching the wall completely. Critical Point: Do not take the measurement while sitting; absolutely take it while standing up. Distribute your body weight equally on both feet; this allows the foot to spread fully on the ground and assume its true form.
4. Precise Drawing: Carefully trace the outline of your foot while holding the pen or pencil completely perpendicular (at a 90-degree angle) to the floor. Angling the pen inwards or outwards may cause the measurement to be inaccurate.
5. Measuring: Remove your foot and measure the drawing on the paper with a ruler:
-
Length (CM): Measure the distance between the heel line (or the edge of the paper) and the tip of your longest toe.
-
Width/Ball (CM): Measure the distance between the two widest points of your foot (the ball of the foot area).
Tips for the Untangomas Experience
-
Prefer Evening Hours: Feet tend to swell slightly due to the fatigue of the day. We recommend measuring in the evening to find your most accurate Untangomas size.
-
Base It on the Larger Foot: It is natural for there to be millimetric differences between two feet in the human body. Please measure both feet and take the longer/wider measurement into account when comparing with our size chart.
-
Millimetric Precision: Note down your measurement result in centimeters, including millimeters (e.g., 24.5 cm). In the ranges on our chart, these small details determine the perfect fit.
Once you have taken your measurements, you can confidently choose your ideal size by reviewing our specific size chart.
